There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

My journey began June 2, 2014. I was inspired by a friend who started Ideal Protein. She was melting right before my eyes, but most importantly watching her desire to be healthy and living for her was the most inspirational part. The past 10 years, I have struggle with weight. I then found out about a few years that I was gluten intolerant. The struggle with trying to prepare for myself gluten free dishes was probably the most frustrating part. So why not just cut it out completely?

I turned 40 in July and thought to myself, OK this is enough..I NEED to get on the right path for ME. So on the road with Ideal Protein it was. I can not share with you enough how much this program has made a difference in my self confidence and my family’s life. I am 24 weeks into the program and have lost 65.8 pounds and still going strong! My compassion for this program is beyond explainable. I am so so blessed for so much!
